By-Laws

The Etobicoke Historical Society was incorporated in Ontario in 1962. It is governed according to Ontario legislation on not-for-profit corporations and, in particular, by its own by-laws. The latest version of the by-laws was adopted at the Society's annual general meeting on November 19, 2020.
